Strategy Overhaul Standalone Mods

Description

A new line of armour sets that feature interesting tradeoffs between utility and stealth, with unique appearances for each tier including custom artwork for the final disguise.

Feature Summary

Three new armoursets, one for each tech tier
All disguises grant the Phantom ability and reduce detection radius
All disguises have one less utility slot than their tier's medium armour
Lower tier disguises are slight sidegrades to each other
Higher tier disguises provide immunity to sensor towers
Distinct set of cosmetics for each disguise, including custom artwork by Spart117MC for the third tier

Compatibility

Since this mod only adds new items, it should be compatible with pretty much everything.

Support for Prototype Armoury and Covert Infiltration is built in.

This mod works fine with LWOTC except for the infiltration bonus which is specific to the Covert Infiltration mod. I added a discussion topic with a config tweak to LWOTC that gives these disguises the same infiltration bonus as suppressors and the Chameleon Suit.

anyone else feel like these are OP? Should at least be like double the price for a whole squad upgrade

This is NOT an issue with this mod.

This is an issue with one of your other mods incorrectly using the Highlander hook for "Can Equip item" and not checking if the slot is empty. Therefore you (or more likely the game on auto) are literally equipping more than one of an item in the same slot.

This was mainly an issue with some of the older Mushashi mods, but all have been fixed by the Mushashi Mod Fixes by iridar.

I have to report a game breaking error. With the Research of the resistance comms comes the civilian disguise into Play. When build the following happens: The main weapons Slot cycle Error breaks the Game. This means you select a weapon and you get a different one instead. You choose again and the weapons from the selection before ist equipped. In tactical Combat you have 2 to even more fire reload, overwatch Icons. During the time next Mission your Icons multiply. I all cases you have virtually 2 to more weapons. Why it appears in my Game I do not know. What I know it took nearly one year to discover the reason whats happening. I had so many false positive Mods in suspect but in the end the Error was always back. And it hit not all soldiers, it happens randomly. I unsub for now your great mod

Accidentally put this into my LWotC playthrough. Squad upgrade is berry strong, but lategame gives you options - you either prefer stealth or are not squishy.
