Dragon Temple Orcana patch

Edit: This update has been a long time coming. It's one of my older mods so I didn't have the inspiration to update it, but I decided to now. This update replaces the dirty edits to the ITA Dragon Temple's main files with proper patches that adds the Orcana merchant NPCs, tenants, and dialog to the games, plus correcting some dialog of other NPCs that had misspellings. I also increased slightly the amount of items a fishmonger sells, plus changing the ridiculous rarity of some items, making them more common.

A simple addon to ITA Dragon Temple mod that adds Orcana as a fishmonger NPC type with their own dialog and slight alterations to the rarity of items a fishmonger will sell. I originally kept this for personal use, but I figured other people would want to use it, so why not share it? I also replaced the dirty edits in this version of the mod with proper patches, because at the initial time I made this mod, I didn't know about the patch tool and didn't know how to make proper patches from scratch. This addon is great for anyone who uses both the Orcana and ITA Dragon Temple mods. I mean, makes sense for an Orcana to sell seafood, right?
