TTT Weapon Balance

My first TTT Mod:
A rebalance of the default weapons, also includes fix for the Grappling Hook by Nesjob and a rebalance of the M4A1-s by Zaratusa and the Manhacks by Nerzlakai96, aswell as changes to the Zombie Perk Bottles by Hagen, BananaBomb by schnul44 and Patricks Deadringer.
I also tried to make some of the bad default traitor items viable (if posssible), and if not, I removed them so my beginner-friends wont buy them.
Furthermore, only the traitor responsible for an innocents death will now be rewarded credits.

New Stats:
Glock: 13dmg, 109dps, 35spread, 16.3rps(recoil per second), 2.6hsm(headshotmultiplier)
Pistol: 20dmg, 85dps, 11spread, 5rps, 2.7hsm
Deagle: 26dmg, 30.6dps, 8spread,13.3rps, 4.2hsm
Mac10: 13dmg, 160dps, 33spread, 18.7rps, 3.2-1.7hsm
M16: 20dmg, 121dps, 8spread, 8.9rps, 2.7hsm
M4A1-s: 19dmg, 150dps, 8spread, 10.5rps, 2.7hsm
Rifle: 40dmg, 26.6dps, 1spread, 4.7rps, 4.0hsm
Huge249: 12dmg, 109dps, 27spread, 19rps, 2.2hsm
Shotgun: 70dmg, 86dps, 71spread, 9.3rps, 3.1-1.0hsm
C4: Minimum Timer: 40sec, Lethal Range: 650 units (instead of 600).
Knife: Now one-shots when left-clicking

Bad default traitor items:
-Usp-s: Removed (there is a m4a1-s instead)
-Decoy: Removed
-Flare Gun: 40 ammo, burns bodies 6 times faster, now consistently does 50 damage (including fire)
-Poltergeist: Removed
-Newton Launcher: Pushes 10% further, attack delay reduced by 33%
-Teleport: Significantly recuced the freeze-time when teleporting

Zombie Perk Bottle Changes:
-Removed PHD
-Double Tap: Buff Reduced from 50% to 35%.

Deadringer Changes:
-Halfed the max. invisibility time
-Recharges 25% slower
-no longer absorbs 20% of the damage, when the deadringer gets activated

Throwable Manhacks Changes:
-15 hp more
-60% less damage
-Can see 3 times further

Banana Bomb Changes:
-Minimum fuse time is now 2 seconds.
