Nurseries (Small Only) - Home Collective Upgrade

Thanks to Tremualin.

As I don't know how to restrict a mod based on DLC content... so it was simpler to create a standalone mod for the small nursery only.

Therefore this mod is for those without the In-Dome Buildings DLC only.

Does not require existing buildings to be demolished and rebuilt.

Requirements: No DLC - Standalone

Potential Conflicts: Nurseries (Small+Large) - Home Collective Upgrade

Conflicts:
Any mod that modifies the template of these buildings directly.
