Description


Rats will spawn to eat any unattended food or corpses that is not kept refrigerated.
Just like in real life!

Uses rats from FancyRats and SnowRats if loaded.
More can be added via patches.
There is also mod-options for selecting other animals, if animals should spawn based on biome and if they should be able to spawn inside. Also options to limit to only corpses or non-corpses.
Will also spawn for meat from Rotten Meat

Works well with Some Like It Rotten for making a corpse-based rat-farm
A mod that can help with the rats is Cats Hunt For Fun

I have no idea why Steam is blocking the media fire link with the player log. The hugs log uploader doesn't work for me.

Getting some insane visual errors with this and VE Achievements. My entire screen is black exept the UI. The mod options are blank the achievement tab is blank and I am constantly getting errors. {LINK REMOVED}

Looks like this is also having the same tracker issue with Vanilla Achievements Expanded.

cause its like skin, skin without refridgeration would rot.

Ah that might it, though the hides rotting is part of the mod, that is unforunate,

@VolatileGlitchAviator I assume that the hide is marked as rottable but not eatable for some reason. Only consumable items should use the rottable property so perhaps they should change that in whatever mod adds those hides.

They couldnt eat it so they spawned and litterly ran away XD

well from mo got rats spawning on the items that are skinned from animals, i guess leather is the wrong word, more like raw hide before it gets turned into leather

@VolatileGlitchAviator They will only spawn on items from the food category, not leather.
