9 characters took me 15 turns to join as Shi Xie. So they will join all (Now Lady Wu too) it just can take up even 2x turns than the number of character mod you use.

Nah fam it's done. Restart game, should work now. Big thanks for writing me, something was wrong with the template I fixed it now. I will do a more deep testing from now on.

The other thing is possible, that youre deep in your campaign and maybe she's dead or not in any faction.

I check it or i just change the ID in my mod. Thats the last thing I can think of.
