Open Sea Redone

Description
Have you ever been in a situation were your boat is blocked by the border of someone? That your exploration is stoped by a random civilization that denounced you 3 turn ago?
Have you never wished that your boat could just pass through this border, like a boat would do in real life? That International water was a thing in this game? Did you ever feel the pain of naval civs on Europe TSL map?

Because now with "Open Sea Redone", you can!
Now no matter what happens, your boat will pass through, they can denounce you as much as they like, you'll continue your exploration.

HOW TO USE :
Now your boats can pass borders, but because it is an military unit, you must do it in a specific way, or else you'll just open the 'Surprise War' tab like it does usually. To do it, you can :
-Clicking on a tile currently not seen by your civilization.
-Clicking on a tile in wich your boat as the right to normally go, like un-ocuppied tiles, even if it's across someone borders.
-Clicking on a tile that you haven't discovered yet.

Compability :
As long as your unit is from the boat class, it should be able to cross the borders. This mean that most boat added by other mods should work fine with this mod.
Because of the relative simplicity of this mod, it should also still work with ANY future update, so don't worry of the age of the mod, it works :)

Future Plan ?:
I would have loved to add more features for this mod, but programming for civ is really hard, it's already a miracle i managed to do this. You can still ask, but I will do nothing. But if this mod breaks, i'll happilly try to fix it.

Whats new with the Redone Version ?
Really nothing, except now it's work. The first version was done all by hand, and I didn't use the tools civ provided. It was working fine if i was putting my code directly into the games files, but bugged when i uploaded it. Abandoned it for a while, then i discovered how to use the civ tools, fixed it and re-uploaded it.

Anyway to add in a new option like open borders? Give an option to allow or deny shipping lanes for trade units? Like a Free Trade Agreement that is like open borders? Increase trade from sea by 50%?

cool idea but way too complex for me. i already tried to add others suggestion for the mod but sadly never managed to do it.

This is nice, But i have a suggestion that would make it a little more real like. If you come within 2 tiles of a city while in their borders they and the nations they are friendly or higher relations with should get 55 grievances.

Not currently possible but I could give it a try on another version of the mod
But from what I know, I could not make the mod dissapear at a certain time period.
Still, I could give the ability to pass border only to some early boat (and Raid boats) while the rest would have to rely on Government Card (like 'Gun Boat Diplomacy'). Only downside of this is that boat added by other mod will not be affected.

I'll try it out in my next game. Is it possible to have the function of the mod end at a certain time period? Like say in the Industrial era, the mod stops working or turns off due to the ability of countries to better enforce borders even on sea at this point in human history.
