This mod will stop all other species growth other than your own species. If I take in 1 single space refugee suddenly every single station and planet stops producing my own species for this new one. That is not how populations grow. And Im not trying in many playthroughs to be a despot who controls how people reproduce.

I am trying to find the numbers that will allow that species to grow a very small % of the time to reflect a more normal growth, but I have not been able to fine tune that yet.

I have not been able to test for every single civic and circumstance. But should work fine for a stereotypical organic empire.
