3.2.2
This mod adjusts which pops get selected for growth. If I take in 1 single space refugee suddenly every single station and planet stops producing my own species for this new one. That is not how populations grow. And Im not trying in many playthroughs to be a despot who controls how people reproduce.

If you are on your habitable system preference, then you will be selected as the growth pop most of the time in my experience. I still kept homework preference so if I take over a homeworld their pop will grow there. Still at the end of the game your pops should have been the majority grown on appropriate planets.

I have not been able to test for every single civic and circumstance. But should work fine for a stereotypical organic empire.

Thanks for the tip, not super familiar with Stellaris modding so I just put in what it told me. Ill adjust when I figure it out/have time.

Also i believe that the highter NEW_POP_LOW_HABITABILITY_PENALTY is, the bigger the penalty for having low habitability, not the reverse.

Just a quick tips, dont do full files modification, even less with the Define file. It greatly lower compatibility and make future updates harder.

Still look amazing, but it need to be changed for compatibility.
