PATCH - Dead Air (Terminals)

Description
Add-on only loads in local games.

A patch for Dead Air, which.. *drumroll* removes the gauntlet event! woohoo! give me the fanfare I've been waiting for!

- Metal Detector event is a Holdout.
- Triggers follow the van, only pushing (or killing) things near its model.
- Nav mesh edits to prevent close-spawning of infecteds at the new event. (MAY CONFLICT)
- Areas barren of loot are now populated.

the holdout does not work

everything works except the gauntlet removal, i tested it by holding out in Gibfest on easy and i spent 5 minutes gunning down infected and they kept coming
