ROUTING UNITS ARE VULNERABLE

Description
Essentially the purpose of this mod is to make it easier to run down units that are routing. routing units are slower and in terms of resistances, have all decreased to zero. no longer will running down routing armies be essentially a waste of time.

managed to win a battle by the skin of your teeth, but you're in worse shape than them? now you can finish them off.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT VAMPIRES, TOMB KINGS, OR VAMPIRE COAST, they are undead and therefore do not rout

for those curious, all this does is give the "scurry away" ability to all non-undead units, and sets the stat effects to make them very vulnerable to attack.

50% decrease in all defencive stats except speed would be more realistic. But honestly, only the speed debuff is needed :steamthumbsup:

help me out because I don't think I'm reading this right. Does this mean that routing units will no longer be able to weasel out of being run over my cav? or does it mean they CAN outrun cav like normal?

Skaven units seem not be effected.

kekkuli i ended up on that because some units seem to not be very affected by it while others are heavily affected and im not certain why.

Erfeo, I might be willing to make additional versions for unit mods

I think the -80% speed penalty is a bit too much.
