你用了某个mod把那些条目覆盖了, 且没有用原版最新的方法, 可能是某些年久失修的老mod

我这不知道为什么原版的级别判定不生效，把旧的放出来以后就好了，但是兼规则兼容性放在首位，正常来说如果mod冲突应该也会被覆盖的吧:steamfacepalm:

傘佬，为什么建筑物的兼容触发器没有启用啊，我升级涅槃mod的宫殿以后，就升不了必须带行星首府建筑物了，然后看了一下触发器规则里面没有启用，这个是有什么影响吗？
