Report a translation problem
Immortal Throne added a power spike but was blended fine into the whole game. Only on difficulty jumps (from final TQ to new act on new dif) was an issue not well solved.
I think the game was imbalanced since Ragnarok, the power spike was fine, but the problem comes from the gap between most pre-ragnarok gear and ragnarok one.
Atlantis is at the same power-level than Ragnarok, with the same issues. Came with LOTS of bugs, specially on itemization (missing affixes on gear).
Eternal Embers add yet another weird power spike in the form of some special items. The difficulty, again, is barely above Ragnarok or Atlantis.
Do you prefer the state of the game's balance before AE?
Was Legendary much more difficult back then without so many powerful items and all the bonuses from the new DLCs, or has AE overtuned Legendary while not tweaking Epic enough?
