More Tillable Terrain

Description
This patch contains a few tweaks to make tilling more viable according to my personal tastes. It reduces the work required by roughly half and increases the terrain types you can plow to include lichen-covered soil, marshy soil, and rich soil.

I've noticed that I can't till on Grasslands soil.
Was that intentional or an error?

any chance you could add some of the Alpha Biomes terrains to this? Idyllic Meadows namely doesn't allow for tilling on its "Flowery Soil"
