Description
Add two new soil:
1) Advanced artificial soil substrate. Request life support tech. Expensive
- Fertility 300%
- Beauty 0
- Cleanliness 0 (no penalty)
- Path cost 2
- No dirty

2) Archotech artificial soil substrate. Request some archotech. Much expensive.
- Fertility 500%
- Beauty 1
- Cleanliness 0 (no penalty)
- Path cost 1
- No dirty

I've made a mod with soil similar to this in but 1.5. It also has expanded heatsinks/coolant tanks/engines if anyone is interested. I forked it off of Prototype Alpha's mod and translated it into English.
