The next one in my series of mods to make regiments of renown units into super units. Butchers of Kalkengard (Minotaurs - Shields) are now akin to an unit of 8 gorebulls. Gors are an unit of 8 basic melee heroes, bestigors RoRs are akin to 8 beastlords and centigors are like 8 Khazraks. The Cygor variant throws a rock that shatters into magical shards that when they land they explode and send debris around. The ungor variant are a 250 man unit with 100 HP each and are a perfect meatshield.
The chaos knight variant are like 8 mounted chaos lords. The mirror guard are like having an unit of 14 exalted champions. Forsaken have statline of 8 chaos chaos footlords. The summoners of rage dragon ogres and wyrdspawn are like an unit of 4 shaggoths and giants.

Fantastic. As they should be....Unique units like these should stand apart from the heap, and its great that mod creators realize this.

Unless there is algorithm against recruiting very expensive units, then yes. I think AI likes to use their money to build blobs of cheap units.
