Description
A hidden gem, the Smoothe Constructor is a great "go-to" hover vessel when needing to gather materials!

Highlighted Stats:
Tier 1, unlock level 7, mobile constructor, fridge, 3.7k material storage, 6 medium thrusters, two RCS!

Tip:
This model is pretty slick, but if you get stuck often while drilling you can optionally remove the landing gear. I also recommend a hover height around 1.1m on average, however may help to adjust it while drilling. Pressing 'O' while drilling may also help free yourself loose.

Wow, this really is a hidden gem. I tried many blueprints for a tunneler that would allow me to attack a shielded POI. They all were terribly hard to drive, except this one. It goes very fast while tunneling. Never got stuck. The only mod I made was to add a cloning tank to the back (yes, just hanging off the back), and another simple cargo box.

There are no weapons, but if you deliver this vehicle to the attack site with an armed CV, there are no problems.
