Good Omens Aziraphale's Flame sword - now in Starbound

Description
here comes another silly fandom mod idea i had.

i love Good Omens and decided to put a tiny bit of it into Starbound setting - that tiny bit being Aziraphale's trademark flaming sword!
any Good Omens fans here? this INEFFABLE mod is definetely for you. (those familiar with the book or TV series will get the joke... :D)

as soon as you take it in your hand, it starts flickering with flame particles all the time, including the idle mode. abilities include elemental spin (initially the ability of the spear), in this case it is fire.

how to get it?
the sword is likely to spawn in USCM prisons, so go treasure hunting there to find the first weapon which the Human race ever used to defend themselves and which seemingly created War... this is why it is to spawn in these notorious locations :p

find the sword and use it to stop the Apocalypse.

the chance of spawning is 0.07, some USCM colonies might not have any swords at all when others can have two or even three. i tested these. (i explored tons of planets looking for USCM colonies just to test he mod, YES

in the event that this weapon doesn't spawn in any of the USCM prisons like it should, what exactly would the item id be for it?

there are only 6 episodes, you can binge watch it in one day :p (as i did last year)
