Add Vanilla Brewing Alcohol Recipes to PRF

Description
Patch that adds realistic-timed recipes for Vanilla Brewing Expanded *basic* alcoholic Drinks AND coffee/tea/soda to the PRF Fermenting Barrel. Also includes the Wine and Mead from Vanilla Factions Expanded Medieval and Vikings.

(Note: the patches are conditional, so if you don't have one of these it will still load.)

Workamount for the recipes is based on real-world times to brew these drinks.

Output is Normal quality for Wine and Ambrandy. If you want better quality, use the normal tools.

I didn't do Chemshine because yuck. :(
