Undeath Worlds

Description
Description:
The Undeath Worlds mod provides a new Ascension Perk (requires Climate Restoration) that gives you the decision to let the world be reborn as an undead world that provides a unique set of districts.

Notes:
I cannot for the life of me get a secondary species working properly. This one continues to RNG a secondary species on game start. I have tried time and time again and no matter what I cant figure it out. If someone else does it and lets me know in a way that lets me incorporate it I will gladly.

Districts:
Pyramid District: Ordinary urban district.
Monolith District: Provides jobs for technician/miner/farmer
Grave District: provides Beuracrat jobs and Necromancer/Death Cult jobs with their civics.
Conversion District: provides Necrophyte jobs for Necrophages, provides Research related jobs for everyone else.
Ring Segments Provide Extra Jobs

Planet Bonuses:
10% resources from jobs.
10% less housing use.
10% population growth rate.
+10 Planet Housing.

Ring bonuses:
20% resources from jobs.
20% less housing usage.
20% population growth rate.
+20 Planet Housing.
+12 Max Buildings.

Note:
Addons:
(Patch)Undeath Worlds Purging Overwrite
Undeath Worlds + Real Space - System Scale: This was made for an earlier version of the game and will tell you it is outdated, but it works just the same. All it does is resize the planet to fit correctly with System Scale. It does still work post 4.0
Undeath Worlds + UI Overhaul: UI Overhaul causes planet view to skew and I havnt figured out how to make the skybox fit. Its not game breaking but I understand its jaring.

When I overwrote the description I see now that I'm missing links to other mods I included pre-overwrite:
The Necrotic Plague by Flying Scorpion
The Dark Arts of Necromancy [3.2.2] by Inksitor
Currently compatibility with Necrotic Plague is broken for some reason but I'll leave the link for anyone interested in what it adds.

I accidentally overwrote the description with the one from my Necrodian Moons mod (twice now thanks to the launcher for that completely useless feature) but thankfully a Russian mod hosting site TOP-MODS RU[top-mods.ru] had the old (or at least an old) description up. I then used DeepL[www.deepl.com] to translate it back to english. So thanks to both of those sites for existing.

@Towboat421, good news and bad news, the good news is that the System Scale patch still works fine and no update is needed to it.
The UI overhaul on the other hand... I dont really know how to make the planet fit the window. Its thankfully not game breaking. I know its a little disjaring to see.
But I dont know what to do here.

Appreciate the report and the kindness of it, but that isnt a lot to go on. UI mods shouldnt cause a crash or a blank pop up. UI mods tend to just just make the planet skybox not line up correctly. And Real Space System Scale just means the planet is bigger than it should be when using that mod.

Not saying they arnt responsible just that it doesnt make sense to me. This mod doesnt overwrite any vanilla files so I am not sure what mod conflict would be happening that would cause this issue.

Im not sure how big your mod list is, but can you turn off your UI mods and see if it still causes these issues or if it runs correctly?

Do you have any other necrophage related mods?

Also... I do use UI mods. I hope that helps!

I loved this mod before 4.xx. Then, happily, I saw this update. (Thanks!) Alas, it crashes. What happens is after the new game loads. What happens is as soon as all the mods, like Gigastructures, load, a blank pop up appears. Just the box, no text. I know it is this mod because it was the only mod added to my recent updating of my list. Further, once I removed the mod, my game ran perfectly (as close as 4.x does anyways). I really appreciate the work that has been done over the years. (Loved them.) So, please, consider this a bug report and not a complaint. I hope the problem is easy to find and sollve.

Thanks!

I was really hoping not to deal with UI overhaul issues. But I'll check it out later

It isnt a perfect update but not for lack of trying. Have fun :LotusFlower:
yup that fixed ti
The portrait is still too small in the bottom left corner of the portrait. i will try unsubscribing and resubscribing to see if that fixes it because it worked with a different mod with the same issue

There, it should finally be updated to 4.0
