Total Vehicle Overhaul Patches

Description
General-purpose and realism-focused quality of life patch for RHS Vehicles.

Changes:
Removed the speed limiter of the M1 Abrams and matched both loading speed and general powertrain performance with the CUP counterpart.
Tuned M113 and Humvee powertrain performance.
Improved maximum fording depth of some helicopters, so they can get the gear wet and not combust.
Matched performance of the F-22 with the USAF version.
Added a new M1A3 Thumper with UAS 140mm ammo and a powerful XM291 gun. The default loadout consists of APFSDS-T, HE-MP, and HPM Electromagnetic-Kill shells.
Bradley IV/50 with a 50x319mm autocannon.

Upcoming features:
MRAP tunes.
BTR tunes.
T-90 tunes.

Potential features:
T-80 with a 140mm main cannon (experimental Ukrainian prototype).
