[B41/B42] Cryogenic Winter +Easy/Hard Modes (SP/MP)

Updated to B42, not extensively tested yet so if something is broken let me know.

Works in Multiplayer (B41)

Wrap up warm, because the cold is now lethal.

The Easy Mode of this mod will make the temperature range between -10C (14F) in summer and -60C (-76F) in winter.

The Normal Mode of this mod will make the temperature range between -30C (-22F) in summer and -80C (-112F) in winter.

The Hard Mode of this mod will make the temperature range between -45C (-49F) in summer and -155C (-247F) in winter.

The Permanent Snow option can be enabled in addition to one of the difficulty settings to enable an almost permanent snowstorm.
MP Note: i have received several reports that permanent snow is not working in multiplayer, i do not currently have a server to test this on so i can't fix it until i do, i apologise for any inconvenience.
MP Note Update: i have been informed of a potential solution to this, which is to place Perma Snow above/before the difficulty mod in the load order, for local hosted servers this means it should be placed above the difficulty mod, and for dedicated servers it should be listed in the mods config before the difficulty.

This mod is best played with instant power shutoff, since buildings have magic heating systems that can somehow keep an entire building at 22C despite it being -100C outside, and part of the challenge is you don't get a nice warm magic heated house.

Only enable the difficulty of this mod you want to use, if you enable multiple difficulties it's not going to work as intended.
For MP: After enabling the mod in the Steam Workshop settings for your server, go to the mods settings and remove the two difficulties of the mod that you don't want to use, if you do not want a permanent snowstorm, then also remove permanent snow.

This mod may conflict with some other weather changing mods, combine at your own discretion.

This mod does not work with the following mods:
- Project Russia
- Infinite Weather: "Relentless Rain"

The mod does not work in the Winter is Coming challenge, but should work in all other modes and challenges.

This mod was made and tested in B41, and it has been updated for B42.
