Disclaimer 2:
This mod was made for me to have some fun doing a german world conquest. If you dont like the choices I made (for example: You dont like the border I gave the italian kommisariat), then you have two choices:
Edit the files, so it fits you.
Ignore it, its not made to fit everyone.

Content:
This mods adds many more Reichskommisariats for Germany to use.
Basicly you can turn the entire world into Reichsprotectorates now.
I also edited the borders of Germany a little, so if you do the french kommisariat you would for example get the state of Nanzig as well.
Also the annoying "Reichskommisariat" in the Name of a country is now gone.
Furthermore I sometimes gave the kommisariats some "funny" names, for example Albania would turn to "Bananien", in english something like: "Land of Bananas".

If you cant do a Kommisariat, then its because you lack some land, most likely some islands.
My tip is to just annex more countries and then evantiuately you can do it. That could be the case for Scotland with the Faroer Islands, but also for many more.
Just annex stuff, and you'll be able to fix it.

This is also my general advise, that you ALWAYS annex countries in peace conferences, simply because you can turn EVERYTHING into kommisariats.
