Kipper MK-IV CV Repair

This is an upgraded version of the Kipper CV Repair Platform MK-I

The MK-IV includes all the upgrades from the II and III and adds additional interior work, doubled fuel and O2 capacity tanks, T4 CPU and shield generation if needed.

Without Shields on the station still runs around 1.1kPU so properly pointed at most stars it will self sustain and only need extra power to run the teleporter or shields if you are in an area you need these up most of the time.

The most feature rich version, but if you just need low features and mostly repair platform and don't have a lot of good solar energy, the MK-I is still a good choice.
