Description
The Toukon XS is a Tier 2 explorer SV built for early game survival and exploration. Its primary purpose is to warp to other planets in search of Neodymium, Titanium and/or Sathium for a Capital Vessel or it can be a starter vessel for exploration.

As the name suggests, it is an extra small version of the Toukon. It carries half the cargo size and armaments but also requires half the resources.

Cargo Controller – 8,000 SU
2x Large Cargo Box – 219 SU Each

Total Ammo Capacity – 1,500 SU

Just an appreciation comment. This is my go to vessel on every run for early stage. Incredible work on this one.

Actually i do have a question : is it compatible with RE ?

Love this, not too many low Tier SVs on the workshop with internal cabins/open cockpits. Surely none this stylish :) Your Cyclone is my go to hovertank and I believe the Toukan will be my go to shuttle. I appreciate the hard work. You get a lot of ship for CPU with this and I'm not sure how you managed that precisely.

this schip is horrible. it's doesn't even lift of and it says thrusters are blocked so i doens't even fly.

He this is my mining vessel. I fitted 6 drills on the outside (2 on the wingsides) Super for drilling resources early game on the astroids

A follow-up note now that I've gotten to use this on a multiplayer server with no covered engine settings. I had to move some of the engines out one block and pull the split blocks from the front of them, but that's all. This has become my go to SV in every game. I love that it is not an enclosed cockpit so that I can easily use this for asteroid mining even if I don't have much for armor or mods. I just jump my head out of the drone hatch to turn it loose and mine in comfort. It has miniguns and missiles for a solid attack/defense if needed. You don't want to get hit in this if possible, but it makes critter killing pretty easy. It's not the best nose down in atmo ship as the front engines are just not enough to hold it for long, but it is passable and has excellent storage for the price. I love this ship - you should too!

Another month of enjoing this sweet ride. It works so well I tend to get wreckless, however, and have a tendancy to keep mining when I should be checking for incoming spawned drones. Got nailed last night, one shotted, left a gaping hole it the top of her...but, she still flew when I went back and a little duct tape and she will be back.

P.S. I am new so forgive me for asking but what is intended to go in the empty space on the starboard? Oh and thanks for the safety of the top hatch, that was genius!!
