Description

Micro-Genetics is a passive item that when picked up grants the following effects:

When Isaac takes damage, his genes mutate and he gains immunity to the specific type of enemy that damaged him.
When he takes damage from another enemy, he gains immunity to that type of enemy, but no longer has immunity to the previous one.
The subtype of enemies is ignored, meaning they share the same genes and Isaac can gain immunity against all subtypes of a specific enemy variant.
Includes damage from tears, lasers, brimstone shots and creep.
Doesn't work against bosses.

The idea for creating this item belongs to Icondor from the Modding of Isaac Discord channel.
