Updated for the latest game version (The Warden & The Paunch DLC)

It completely removes diplomatic penalties for great power.

I checked the latest data.pack and also the mod files. It should be working, but I can't get any diplomatic penalty mod to work (other mods work well). This is just insane.

It is not working in version 1.9.1 of the game. I tested this mod alone, without any other activated.
