Desert Town

Description
Add some buildings elements and decorations items to create new surroundings in a desert's town atmosphere.
This mod is a building mod to create your own city. There is no location with cities or buildings.

SPECIAL FEATURES
- The half-stairs will bring a touch of novelty to your constructions.
- Trees can be added as decorative elements.
- Bags, pottery, carpets, wooden furniture, fences, a brazier and some refined items.
- Possibility to place the columns in the corners of the walls and foundations
- Choice of windows or shutters to be placed in the frames and some of them can be opened
- The wall in lattice or in branches can be superimposed in a wall with an opening, so you can place a wall in lattice in a wall with window openings or in a wall in arch
- You can also place a half wall in an arch + a lattice + a window, finishing with a trim (trim to be put last because, for the moment, it prevents some elements to be put)
- You can stack the fences, try to put a branch fence on top of a fence with holes.
- The wooden ceilings can be put on top of the foundations to have wood on them

Use the admin chest

Well. I don't know its a mod issue or something with load order or other mods. But when i try put dome on small dome ceiling hole - its replaces hole and just fly without ceiling.

No, I tried but failed... but that was five years ago... so maybe I've made progress since then and should try again ;-)

Heya, wonderful mod! Just a quick question - can you somehow open / close the small windows on "desert wooden door 4" or nah?

It seems they somehow work, I can see them opening and closing on their own sometimes.

I explained it in my July update :
If you see elements with a kind of greenish blotch on them, this means you need to remove the element and replace it with the new version. This applies to curved elements (walls, trims, fences, curved ceiling).
I've modified the attachment system. It's the same as Funcom's (with its faults, but it's compatible), and so, the elements no longer have the original point and the same attachment points, they have to be replaced, and it's with this mossy, ugly, musty texture that I indicate the parts to be changed.

The only issue I've noticed since the August update is that certain brick pieces have light green spots on them now. It almost looks like the mossy bricks, so I can live with it. Oddly enough, I think it's only the curved ones doing it.

Thank you for your investigation Raider.

@ Asghaard @ Machaer I just read the comments on the Northern Timber set. In his post from May 19, the author, Shogakusha, describes a problem with the ceiling tiles that sounds suspiciously similar to what happened to us. I hope this helps.

@Machaer please, join my Discord and I'll try to figure out why you encountered this problem.
I'm sorry for your trouble. :steamsad:

@Machaer I also did the thing with the ceiling slabs on the foundation blocks because I thought that would prevent the NPCs from sinking. Unfortunately, it affected all of my ceiling slabs. I was even able to delete things just by replacing nearby ceiling slabs. I was at least able to salvage most of it by collecting the sacks.

@Raider, I haven't seen that "stability stutter" you mentioned. I ended up replacing all the foundation blocks because when I though I was deleting the ceiling tiles I had placed on top to level out the height discrepancies, I was actually deleting the foundation blocks. Oops. I admin replaced some craft stations and they seem to be surviving across sessions ingame.
