Simple Faction Maps (Discontinued)

Description
The mod is no longer maintained but you can still use it.
Beware the potential bug I write down in the description.

Now you can get the maps simple and easy, no more quadrant map!

There are only 2 kind of maps:
Traveler's Quadrant Map - full gate network in faction territory, but without stations infomation.
Faction Territory Map - full gate network in faction territory including stations infomation. You can buy it in the "good" relations (no alliance required), also it's much cheaper (30% of original price).

Tested on singleplayer mode only, please beware and backup save file before you use it.

P.S. I remain the name Traveler's "Quadrant" Map so it won't effect the translation stuff.

P.P.S. I've no longer playing this game, so feels free to upload the new verson of this mod (to fix the bug) by your own.

Potential bug
----------
A potential bug that have been reported, The map item could only show sector content but fail to reveal gate network but. Also it might lost the gate network you already revealed. [Update] The problem has been solved by restart the game.

Another potential bug that have been reported, the mod might kills all the asteroids in new revealed sectors somehow.

It sounds like a bug on the mod, but I've no longer playing this game, sorry.
I will mark your problem on otential bug tho.

I tried this mod, and it showed the sectors and gates just fine. The only problem I had was that none of the newly revealed sectors that this mod revealed had any asteroids in them. As in it showed about 20 new sectors, but all 20 sectors had zero asteroids. So I found using this mod impossible because I couldn't afford the zero income due to the loss of all asteroids, and thus the loss of all mining. Perhaps this was just a fluke with my galaxy, I don't know. But I know that I recovered the saved galaxy files and continued, and as I discovered the sectors one by one they all had their asteroids.

Sorry, I can't reappear the situation you describe, I don't know how to fix the bug you got. I will mark it as a potential bug anyway. thanks for report.

The map is bound with faction, I've no idea know how to make it work on whole galaxy.

I found one bug . For first time i was able to see sectors and factories and gate path but for second time I could not see gate path but only sectors and its content. I also lost the gate path which reveal for first time.

great mod. Could it be possible to make similar mod which reveal whole galaxy?
