[OBSOLETE] Snowing weather on Triton

Description
This mod is now obsolete. Vanilla has a better weather system now.



This mod adds snowing weather on Triton. The mod will automatically spawn a global snowing effect (SnowLight)

NOTE:
It can take up to 20s for the weather effect to start playing after spawning the planet!
