GenMod resource nerf (one fifth)

Description
a simple patch i made for personal use.

GenMod ups how many reesources a nod can hold before they are full. while this is nice and convenient, it can get in the way of automation. this version resets the limit to a fifth of the default. (10 ore maximums)

make sure this is loaded under GenMod in your load order.

i made 2 other versions for people who still feel the default gets in the way of automation.
