@dismarzero

Going through my mod list and fixing/removing error creating mods to make game more stable. Mod was tossing errors, so removed it for the time being. Have 3 or 4 general patch mods, may be related to one of them. Not sure atm.

Basically:
-Excavated ground will reset the tile,
-Reclaim Soil will upgrade the excavated ground back to a fertile tile,
-Garden Soil or Plowed Soil can upgrade that tile to more fertile.

Update!

Tools
-Excavated Ground works as intended again.

Thats really strange. I can take a look into it but might just be how the game is coding the work around for smooth stone.

Excavated ground doesn't seem to work like intended. I get excavated ground from smooth and rough granite, but after using "Reclaim Soil" it becomes granite again.

Yes. But they do the same thing in different ways.

Does it work with Tilled Soil mod?

There is a patch on the FF mod that changes a lot of things in my mod. You would have to talk to the Author of that mod to change the way their patch affects this mod.

Would it be possible for you to make this play nicer with Fertile Fields? Both mods alter the Farming tab of the menus and they end up overwriting each others tools. The only way for me to get dirt in my current game is to crush rocks then turn it into clay and sand, then mix the clay and sand with fertilizer to make normal dirt...
