Living Metal Research Fix

Description
Living Metal research only becomes avilable if a science vessel finds an anomaly with some. Meaning if you buy it from the market / get it from an event / find a surveyed deposit of it you won't get the option to research it.

This mod simply adds a once a year trigger that fires if you have any living metal in your resource stockpile or have a deposit in your borders and adds the resarch option. There is no notification, you'll just see living metal as a research option from the following mid-january.

Not in theory, so long as the tech still exists

"It requires an ungodly change in how Stellaris operates" Is 4.0 an ungodly change?

Actually this should be for all resources, in my current game I have the space-time researchers but since I have no dark matter deposits in my empire or in an ai empire that I can attack that isn't my ally I wont be able to research it, and I don't have much faith in the ai empires researching it in a reasonable time-frame. Oh yeah apparently one of the draw conditions is a another empire having the tech.

Awesome, and thanks for the mod.

Joy. Well its not going anywhere, there are no changes needed for later versions.

Looks like this is still useful post 3.3, since it allows you to get the research option even if you don't have a deposit. So trading with an ally for some is still viable.

Thank goodness! But thanks for the quick fix you made.

This should no longer be needed after 3.3 drops, according to the patch notes PDX are finally fixing it.
