[WOTC] Skirmisher Reloaded

Description
Skirmisher has unique concept about their hit-and-run combat style, and i really love their concept. but they have too many restrictions to using their skills - ability charges(Interrupt, etc.), tough restrictions(Battlelord, Zero In, etc), or just useless perks(full throttle).
I reworked almost all perks and add some new perks, focused on their survivability, and improve their crit-hit ability.

Now +5 aim and +10 crit chance until end of turn whenever you attacks.

Activate to gain movement-only action. 6-turn cooldown.
Whiplash
+2 base crit damage and +10 base crit chance, 4-turn cooldown.

-50% chance to be critically hit, and reduce grazing damage by 3

Now reduce all cooldowns to 1
Optimization
Reaction attacks can critically hit and get Zero In bonuses you earned last turn.
Deep Pockets
Items in your inventory get an additional charge. (doesn't apply on one-time uses.)

At the end of turn, if you killed an enemy this turn, each enemy in Skirmisher's sight has chance to be panicked.
Battlelord
Now it can triggered infinitely. whenever you're hit while on Battlelord effect, reduce all cooldowns by 1
Tuning
Primary weapon get +1 damage and +4 clipsize, Secondary Weapon get +1 damage and +20 crit chance
Shot Grouping
Missed shots deals 2 damage.
GTS
Parkour
Now 100% chance to get an run-and-gun action after first move

All variables can be modified from configuration file.

Compatibility
This mod does not override any classes, so technically it is compatible with everything. but if you use other skirmisher mod or mod that uses some skirmisher's perk, some of them (maybe both) will not work as intended way.
Also can work on mid-campaign, but only new recruits will have new ability-tree, if you want to apply new perks to old Skirmisher, try [WOTC] Additional Soldier Console Commands by shiremct.

Has anyone made a Skirmisher mod, where they jump off a ledge, and land on their feet like Advent troops do?

왜 그런지는 몰라도 처음 스커미셔를 받을때 갈고리 이동과 정의가 없습니다. 혹시 이유를 알 수 있을까요?

If you use ImTheCommanderHere to add Bladestorm skill to Skirmisher, he will shoot at any enemies in sight that moves (without using any bullets). Extremely OP!

Man, that would be really nice of you.
If you work on it, would it be possible that you rewrite Parkour so that your change in the mod-INI can be deactivated? So that the standard Parkour works, or other changes to it?

Sigh.
Thank you. Now I'm going to have to look at building my Spark differently. It was designed as a front-line hog with increased armor, Evervigilant, a 100% Hunter Protocol and Absorption Field. All that still works, but it was all built around ReturnFire.

At least it works on your Skirmisher. If you give it some dodging via the covert missions it is almost immortal as a one man army.

Is there an INI entry for the ReturnFire which weapon is allowed or is that too deep in data madness?
