High heels footsteps

Self-explanatory.
This addon replaces default footstep sounds with high heels sounds. Important: make sure no other similar addons are enabled or it will not work.

Some of the surfaces like mud and snow, for example, still have their sounds untouched, however it can be changed up on request. If you know any other surafces which footstep sounds can be replaced (will be good if you also tell the name of the respective .wav sound file), I can update the addon later if you contact me.

This addon is a port from Left 4 Dead 2 high heels addon (with some small touches of mine).
