1. Fanatic Crusaders can cast Void Rift, and also have the Schism ability.
2. Fanatic Inquisitors have the Untouchable ability. When a Fanatic Inquisitor executes a soldier with The Culling, they heal all their HP, any shredded armor they have is restored, and other enemy psionic casters have all debuffs dispelled (this will even dispel Stasis) and their cooldowns and ability charges reset. (As a small token of mercy, The Culling will also receive a 3-round cooldown.)
3. Fanatic Bishops get Void Rift, Psionic Bomb, Schism. Furthermore, their Daze Bolt heals them for the damage dealt - any overhealing applied as ablative HP.
"Delivers a coup-de-grace to a dazed target, killing them instantly regardless of remaining HP. Deathblows delivered by this ability cannot be negated by abilities such as Sustain, and no bleedout check is allowed."
I think this gets the message clear that this ability results in an instant deathblow with no saving throw allowed and negates deathblow negation.
