Something I came up with while watching some classic Looney Tunes. Comes with 2 team-colored skins and 2 LODs. I wanted to add scorch marks to the Spy's face, but I was a) Unsure how to do so in a way where it would morph. b) Short on time. Maybe later. :)

Quick Note: As of now the cigar does not actually replace the default cigarette. Hopefully Valve will add a bodygroup for it someday.
