Description

I added a button, that you can declare war on everyone, in decisions.
AI wont click it, you haft to.
Warning for lag too.

HoI4 has a AI Factor how they treat what ever they can interact with. It is multiplied by 0, so they will never click it.

Does the All Declare War on All - No Factions makes you declare war on your subjects?
