Customizable Weaponry 2.0 with Mitigations

This is a clone of Customizable Weaponry 2.0 (which can be found here). It has additions to make having the addon on your server feel less like it's the turn of the 20th century. This addon includes a patch I tried getting into either of the other CW 2.0 addons on the Workshop, but since it felt like getting teeth pulled, I decided to just upload my own version.

Currently, this addon has two patches from the original:
- Player models missing certain bones will no longer cause CW to spam your console with errors, and
- The CW preset loader has a mitigation to make it harder to compromise servers.

If you find errors or vulnerabilities, feel free to post them in the comments section below. If I have time I'll look into it and see what I can do. I appreciate you reporting the issue in advance. Please include at least the probable incompatibilities, if applicable.

I may make a github repo for this later if it helps having a way to do pull requests. Let me know in the comments below if that'd be nice.
