Mines Ceramide patch

Description
Ceramide edit for rimhammer 40K.

Adds in a option to mine raw Ceramide, load after the mines mod.

This was a simple copy paste job so you can keep getting Ceramide after mining it all from the map, no harm intended.

I would assume so? Currently I'm overwriting the mine buildings xml with a new recipe added in, based off the current steam workshop version.

Once i figure out how to add in the extra recipe with xpath, it shouldn't have any incompatibility.
