WW3 D-Day Part 1

Description
NATO vs. USSR

Date/Time: June 6th, 1985 / 05:00:00
Location: Normandy, France
Playable Side: NATO

Background
The second term of President Reagan was going to start as the first one had ended, with NATO, with the United States at the front, leading a winning crusade against socialism. Increasing voices of dissent were growing in the oppressed countries of Poland, the Baltic States and Hungary, and more people were crossing illegally in Berlin.
The Soviet Central Committee has conceived a plan to turn the tide and start winning the conventional Cold War. In the early days of May, Soviet armored columns crossed the West-East Germany Border while precise artillery fire knocked out NATO positions. The precise employment of Spetznaz agents, cyber attacks and conventional strikes have rendered NATO's nuclear response useless, and the counter strike that followed also deemed ineffective Russia's nuclear deterrent.
So, with a conventional war in their hands, the NATO allies find themselves pushed back all the way to the Atlantic coast. There, as if it was 40 years ago, the Western counter strike shall begin...

This is a onesided scenaro that combines ASW, ASuW (Naval & Surface) and AAW. It has a duration of 60h (2d 12h).

Update!

Hey Flanker! Thanks for the comment!
I am currently working on a new version of the scenario, as this one is broken (Russian A/C don't have munitions in airfields for example).
- You can launch the Avengers without AM-120 (Exclude Optional Weapons), I felt that the addition of Fox 3 missiles (not counting AIM-54A) would make it a bit OP.
- You have plenty of time to take on the air defenses, so my advice is to tackle it by sectors.
- Ammo is being heavily addressed in the update, with continuous rearming coming from the US.
- Tornado JP233 (apart from being a badass system) is used to strike one of the main objectives, which is the destruction of a Soviet Motor Regiment. Check the briefing, it should be there.
-As always, runway strikes can be a way to deal with enemy A/C.

I encourage you to re-play it when the update comes out!

Unusual balance of forces and interesting however the best I can manage is about average score. Effectively the UK's defences are down to a few Bloodhounds which mostly rely on scaring aircraft as they scream past and Phantom's who are nervous against Mig 31 and 29. The situation is addressed somewhat with the arrival of the USN, however Fairford doesn't have that many supplies. The Tomcats get one reload then its down to a few Sparrow loadouts. The Avengers are missing an optional weapon I think. I can defend the UK, but there is no possibility of striking targets within France. I wasn't sure what the Tornado JP233 were for so that might need mentioning in orders. I don't think the airbases are an intended target.
