whenever i go into first person and I move my character's body is flickering, how to fix?

Sucks most mods use aschar.as which causes conflicts. Trying to merge stuff by hand, though. I was trying to figure out with this mod though what the differences between aschar.as and aschar_handcrafted_v1.as are, or which one is actually used.
