Replaces default Sergal ship AI (purple face) with Nevrean AI.

I just wanted to replace that boring purple face to something else related to Vilous.
So I tried to draw a Nevrean. I'm not good at pixel drawing, but I did all I could to draw it.
It was a personal mod, but I decided to post it for others who don't like that default purple face.

Added a chip version.
Requires Customisable A.I. mod to use chip:

Customisable A.I. mod is not necessary if you don't want to use chip.

Omg. YES! I just saw this! wish my starbound wasn't broken. I'm a Nev! This be perfect!
Hope LangyX could do a nev race mod!
