Description
Updated for 07-Sep-2021 update

An experimental building, designed to farm clouds. A fine mist is sprayed with tiny particles to encourage cloud growth and rainfall, this is caught in the pool and used to supply the colony. Moisture is taken from the dome's air, so there's plenty of it "spare".
Added quirk, this building has no on/off switch, blessing and a curse.
Costs, 10 Concrete, 10 Metals, 5 Polymer, 5 Electronics,
Maintenance, 1 Polymer
Requires 1 Oxygen, 1 Water, 5 Powe to function, output is 3 Water

Provides 10 Dome Comfort, this is almost a life size snow globe

Originally it wasn't going to consume water, but after early testing with a few mates we found it added a nice quick and make it difficult to spam loads of these without a real water source

I would love to give this animations, unfortunately from what I've seen in the mod editor there isn't really anything I can find to do it. It would look awesome tho with moving clouds!
Do you find the air to water about right?
I tried to make it useful but not OP and not a direct 1:1, figured MOXIEs are easy to produce early on so air won't be an issue, but water can be hit n miss. I will update and add some maintenance and remove the rare metal cost to make it a bit easier early game as well.

Ok, I tested it in a save I have. Now take this with a lot of salt since I'm new at the game and not that good but it's strong.
To be able to produce up to 10 (well 9 since it consumes 1) water for that little make it really good. Maybe in a map where it's harder to get oxygen it might be more of a conditional building, but right now it's almost a must have. It helps a lot.
Another thing I noticed is that it doesn't have an animation. Maybe in the future you could give it one since it's weird to see a building with no movement in this game, but that's just an opinion.

I can see your thinking, I might remove the rare metal cost and add some maintenance.
My thinking was as it has no on/off switch removing maintenance would stop people leaving it to fall apart, originally this building required a lot more air but from a few initial tests it got dropped lower and lower so I guess the no maintenance really doesn't have the same impact.

I'm gonna try and so how it goes, but I think you need to give it some maintenance as it's the standard in the game.
