4-1-4-1 (Defensive)

This is my latest and very successful tactic which is completely different from my now famous and popular very (4-3-3 GoalMachine). This is very good at defending, I have broken numerous records with conceding very little goals etc. The best thing about it is that its very possession and shot based as well as being strong in defence. The images you see are not a joke and no cheat, I won everything in my very first season with Ajax, though as in real life they have an awesome young squad as well as their midfield which is awesomely strong.

There are two versions of this tactic, this more defensive one and the more attacking one. The only difference is the Defensive Midfielder has moved up into an Attacking Midfielder role.

TIPS / Q&A

- As always fullbacks are important as well as the IF (left and right).
- I use an aggressive team talk to encourage my squad, it works for me :P
- Things will get way better upon the team being more familiar with the tactic.
- I have the match instructions done by the assistant, the same goes for the team training.
