It's Bulletmeister, but for RPGO.

they're at 160ish, (same as in new perk order). somebody should make a cheatsheet for spec numbers.

yay new version: Citical X now takes the place of Blasting Bullets in the power arts line, and Blasting bullets can now be bought in the GTS. It's a bit expensive atm, but Musashi should do an update in the not-too-distant future so it can cost what it's supposed to. This allows all three lines to work just fine on their own when using SWO that limit the number of spec lines you have access to.

Perks are shuffled around a bit and one is left on the bench. Mostly because there's 21 spots to try and cram 23 perks into.

Hail Bullet: not only do cannons make being able to fire all four in one go much easier to pull off (normally depends on getting a particular resistance order), you also gain access to fan fire and lightning hands for an even more ridiculous burst turn.
or in other words, jumping from 4-5 attacks to 8, but without the self-damage drawback that akimbo's limit break has.
and the whole being able to use much stronger weapons. It's a bit over the top.
