Alright my second workshop item for KF, if you missed the first, it is this one! This time it's not my work, but David Hensley and Alex Quick's work, which got improved by Skell afterwards that never got pushed in an update - they probably forgot or couldn't be bothered, to the one on the store mode page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/326960/Killing_Floor__Toy_Master/

Anywho, I wanted to share this(since it never got released and feel bad for those who missed out) as soon as I got it but kinda procrastinated on it and forgot about it......until now.....because I'm quite pepped up for it.....heh...

I got two gameplay videos on it, one of them is me playing as a lvl 6 Support (~18 minutes and 4 seconds long) and the other as a lvl 6 Firebug (~16 minutes and 29 seconds long). After re-watching my playthrough, I found it somewhat cringy......the latter moreso....I was trying to grab screenshots to post which made those distracting camera snap sound effects I didn't like, so that's why I wanted another run without any distractions, now I realized it was a fluke on first try and the 2nd video took soo long as I kept dying before getting to the end, so thought may as well upload the first one as well for some more padding....

Oh and this is *incompatitible* with the original mod from the store page so if you want to play this version, please uninstall the one from the store page and subscribe to this workshop or alternatively, download the zip file(in this case mirror links in the discussion section....because I can't fit it all in one page here...) and extract it to its appropriate location as follows below:
.\Steam\steamapps\common\KillingFloor\ >> All files and folders go in this directory, just drag and drop or extract the contents to that folder(with whatever you used to open the zip file with), or wherever you installed the "KillingFloor" folder at (in my case it was: E:\Steam2018\steamapps\common\KillingFloor\)!

Likewise, if you prefer or just wanna play the original mod and not this, you need to unsubscribe and hopefully that should delete the files for you....if not, take a look at the file folder structure in the discussion section and find those files(except the Readme.txt file which won't exist on workshop downloads, so no need to worry about looking for that file to delete) and folders and delete them yourself and then download the one from the store page. You can also just download from the store page and should overwrite these files and if that isn't the case can always just verify game integrity and that should clear it all up for you - this also cleans out any other other mods you have installed too, as a warning!

Subscribe is easiest and unless I missed a file or messed something up, it should work...unless the usual "does not download bug occurs" in which case manual installation is the fix. The readme.txt file, was meant to be a copy of all this until I found out that the workshop was limited to 8k character limit....so some things have been changed so it reads better on the workshop to comply with its 8k character limit...but the readme file still has the full original context, minus the file info and mirror of course, since there's a catch 22 for the hashes and mirrors(full explaination in readme file as I can't fit it here or else workshop won't let me save...)...so what I'll do is have only have that information on the workshop page or Moddb page.

Also a note here for those wondering, this mod is greylisted(hence the greylisted tag on the workshop title name), meaning you will NOT gain any achievements or perk progression BUT can use your current perks to play with. So if you have a lvl 6 Sharp before installing this mod, you should be able to play as that lvl 6 Sharp but can't progress perk, but you can't anyways since lvl 6 is the highest for vanilla gameplay! If you got a lvl 3 Support before installing this, you will be able to play as a lvl 3 Support but you cannot upgrade to lvl 4 Support during your play or if you do, the upgrade won't stay and you will revert back to lvl 3 Support!

You're more than welcome to try this mod out on one of my servers @ 103.231.89.50:7713, 103.231.89.50:7715 or 103.231.89.50:7726 before subbing or downloading externally yourself....I don't know if anyone else runs this specific mod version, otherwise I'd list them here too; though I do know some German? Or maybe Russian, they were called REICH or something, last I checked, servers who host the original store mod, but not this version mod so they don't count! 😛 Servers are hosted in AUS, in case that matters to anyone....

There is a warning that pops up after downloading everything saying something along the lines of "This is not a virus ..." - don't worry that's just Marco's music downloader mod which is kinda needed to force download those karma files or else you will crash....it's also kinda broken too.....and moreso thanks to 1065 update; but when it works, it works!

You want the client one......looks like there's no support for linux or macos....so hopefully you're not playing KF on a mac or linux machine...it's a few years old, I'd love to fix this up myself if I knew how but currently don't....😛 Marco seems to be dead coz he isn't responding to any more messages I send him....😱

Failing that, or the download link is dead(which is possible but currently isn't as I just checked as of 8-4-19) - I'll mirror them as well here; but if you don't wanna go through all that ordeal(which isn't that much, just unzip to system folder, connect and let it download those karma files...), I've uploaded the needed karma files, also mirrored too in case one of them dies and hopefully not all of them! If they are, let me know and I'll fix them up unless I'm dead too, in which case I obviously won't be able to fix it up for you, hah..............🤔

Make sure to install those karma files FIRST before starting the game and joining, or else you'll crash as mentioned earlier! Go to file structure for installation hint.

Last part - includes those downloads I was talking about that I couldn't fit here due to 8k character limit....
