Starts with Stats

NOTICE: Given I've been completely inactive for years this may be obvious, but I am completely done with Kenshi modding. All of my mods are up for grabs to improve or use the assets of if you feel so inclined. I am not an artist or an animator and lack the talent or interest to continue to work on Kenshi projects. My apologies.

So I did some research on how the lowest-level NPCs are statted. Turns out even the lowliest of them can have up to 7 points of skill in combat, and Holy/UC citizens can have as many as 10. This changes the default starts so that you'll start with stats that range from 5-15, skipping the earliest-game grind and keeping your abilities on-par with the average non-combat NPC. There's no real reason for this other than I thought it would make sense that the player have the same strength as a starving vagrant instead of a brain-damaged cripple that has somehow reached maturity with exactly one point of skill under his belt.

The Rock Bottom start is unchanged though.
