I did wandering trader and no stat change. Others worked. Mod load order maybe?

idk if its this addon but i dont have any other ones that change the stats. does it go below 5 because since i installed this addon even negativ stats not just stats from 5-15

It does not. The mod only affects starting characters, who are spawned with 1s in all stats, while bar recruits are at least barely competent in a few areas last I checked.
