Description
Kill the German commander before he kills your captain.

How to Play

-Host the game in multiplayer LAN/Internet to play MP/SP

-You can grab fresh recruits from the flagpole and the captain.

-When a HQ attack starts. A enemy squad has been dispatched to kill the captain. Protect the captain or the game will end. You also have to destory the transport that carried the units near your HQ. This will make the Germans retreat and the task will be complete.

-The game is ment to be hard. Frontline warfare is never easy. Grab some recruits and pack up the truck. Your going to need them.

-Press U to form a group with your friends.

- Press crtl + space for High Command. You can spawn groups by pressing "tilda key 0 0 1 or tilda key 0 0 2" Radio alpha and bravo to spawn.

-Check map often

-Press Y for zues. Gives player one an overhead view of the battle. Use this if your think the game is to hard.

-Ammo and weapons are in the house in front of the captain.

Protecting the Captain

1, Your captain has extra health and 2 lives.
2, Your captain can revive himself after 60 seconds. <sometimes sooner>
3, If your captain has enemys to close to the HQ. Spawning at the HQ will be off and you have to resort to the reinforcement spawn point or airdrop.
4, HQ attack missions will teleport you to the captain before they start. You must be in a group or only the host will be teleported.
5, The captain will warn you when enemys are getting to close.
6, No need to defend the captain while other missions are active. He will warn you if other wise.
7, Prepare for war. Build your base.
8, The captain has two AI bodyguards

END GAME

- If your captain dies you will lose the game
- Finding and killing the german commander will win you the game
*note
to find the german commander you must kill the german captain <random objective>

TIPS
1. Carry lots of smoke when playing with friends. Lay down some smoke cover and revive.
2. Save a few loadouts in the arsenal. You will need a bazooka to destroy vehicles.
3. Always bring some AI recruits to help you spot the enemy.
4. If the game is to hard when playing solo. Lower AI accuracy and click the button to take less damage.

Adding radio addactions - can call mortar strikes from the radio - 10%
Adding more health to players - it will take 4 bullets to kill you. - 100% needs testing - found bug
Getting the random mission rooster above 30+ missions - 75%

Update - Added High Command to player one. You can now spawn groups in by using radio alpha or radio bravo. They both have camps that are located on the map.

Fixed slow recruitment
Fixed both start and ending
Added campfire to forward time near HQ
Removed most UI clutter from generated tasks

Going to port this mission to another map sometime in the future

Great scenario, maybe the best WW2 one in Arma that I have played. I never got an option to get recruits at flagpole when I played it today. Not sure why. Only other mod I was using besides those required as animated grenade throwing.

Can't congratulate you enough of such a perfect storm mission-idea. It has all the right ingredients for what I would call the most authentic WW2 mission yet. Putting aside the actual AI v AI fighting in real time (via ALiVE) which adds so much atmosphere, the decision to go with Snipers is genius. My only only feedback would be to turn off friendly map markers, and turning down the speed of which tasks/things happen. It feels a little rushed (maybe intentional) but it would be nice if there was an option to make a "realism mode" with limited info/GUI for us mil-simmers.

-German attack plane added. Now you will see dog fights in the sky with very little FPS loss.
-Added US Army to the front lines. Now game play is stable with the US fighting in town to help you

Update
Added mobile teleport flagpole that you can carry around the map via truck. You can teleport back to HQ faster and setup a rally point by planting the flag on new ground. Get back into the fight faster using the mobile teleport flag.


AI ACCURACY/SKILL
Now German AI skills are random from 0.1-0.2. This may get adjusted over time. Working on balance with the next couple updates.

After I get this thing polished up. I will be working on parameters at the end and making a template to port mission. Next update is addressing the SvS missions. They are getting complete overhaul.

I have absolutley no idea about scenario making and if its even possible to do but it would be awesome if you could make it like in antistasi where you can choose preset factions at the beginning. Like you can choose to play as germans and are fighting against russians or be russians fighting against americans for some reason.
